Guan Citizen Center | 固安便民中心

Guan Citizen Center is designed upon an existing structure used for a market. The program is very complex including over 40 government departments, over 260 governmental services; the concept is to link the internal programs with exterior facade performance, meaning that the continuous interlocking facade “windows” are actually reflecting the program distribution and zoning logic. The major material for the facade is white stone and glazing window, where the louvre system enhance the start and end point of the movement.

固安便民服务中心是在一个原来功能是集贸市场，􏰀已经完成结构建造的已有建筑改造完成的。􏰄作为集中的政府对外 办事便民服务机构，拟进驻40个部 门􏰅，5个中介机构及6家企业􏰀，共260余项审批服务事项􏰀，工作人员约200人􏰀，设置200个窗口。􏰄设计中根据内部功能分区，及各部门的设置􏰀，由内而外，􏰀在立面上形成互相联系的若干个“窗口”。􏰀既打破了原有建筑立面过长的局限，􏰀又形成了韵律，和反映内部功能。材质上以白色石材为主，同时运用遮阳板来强调动势的起始和收尾。􏰄
