The strategy consists of 3 main attractors, injected into into the most inaccessible and remote areas of Vauxhall. Turning these areas into magnets for people to enjoy life.

The infrastructural spine is bridging the railway, connecting both sides, as well as the Vauxhall bus station. thus separating pedestrian from car traffic and making a free-flow pedestrian circulation possible.
伦敦沃克斯豪尔地区处于泰晤士河南岸，被从滑铁卢车站往南的高架铁路，切割成互不通联的两个区域。为了链接被铁路分割的两块区域，重新焕发当地的社区活动，我们的策略立足于对现状的分析：包括人口，密度，绿地分布，重要节点，交通流量变化等。通过河畔景观，地下通道，高架步行廊道等三组城市吸引因子的设定，来联系铁路两侧的重要活动，形成激活整个区域的必要组成。
