The concept for the competition of No.3 block in Shenzhen sport centre is to develop a light weight structure system which can aggregate into the site, adapting to multiple programs.

The strategy for Shenzhen Sport Center redevelopment is triggered by distribution and temporary organization of public activities, which the hexagonal cellular aggregation is easily accommodating different programs. The light weight PTFE Tensioned Membrane cellular structure is flexible to build, uninstall and recycle, which the overall organizational pattern can adapt to different event and future use.
