The concept for the competition of No.3 block in Shenzhen sport centre is to develop a light weight structure system which can aggregate into the site, adapting to multiple programs.
The strategy for Shenzhen Sport Center redevelopment is triggered by distribution and temporary organization of public activities, which the hexagonal cellular aggregation is easily accommodating different programs. The light weight PTFE Tensioned Membrane cellular structure is flexible to build, uninstall and recycle, which the overall organizational pattern can adapt to different event and future use.
对大运中心其他公共场地的未来开放利用，我们设想，可以使得六边形模块生长到其他地区，形成不同的组团，容纳不同的城市活动。这样的生长机制，非常灵活。它可以是线性延伸，也可以是散点式，可以由活动激发，也可以随时拆卸。PTFE膜结构的单元体形式，可以最大程度的减轻建筑自重，便于预制安装，也便于扩展，也便于拆卸。
