河北固安最大的一个公立幼儿园——固安第一幼儿园,在经过五年的设计及筹备后,终于开始建设。

Gu’an First Kindergarten, the largest public kindergarten in Gu’an, Hebei Province, after five years of design and preparation, finally began construction.

固安城区目前只有一所公办幼儿园,城内三所小学仅有一至二个学前班。从教育规划及配套角度,急需增加幼儿园设施和投入。固安幼儿园总建筑面积7053平米,包括30个班,800人。如按玉井路及育才南路两个出入口考虑,也可将30个班分成两个园区进行管理。

There is only one public kindergarten in Gu’an, and there are only three primary schools in the city. From the perspective of educational planning, there is an urgent need to increase kindergarten facilities. The total construction area of Gu’an Kindergarten is 7053 square meters, including 30 classes and 800 children. If you consider the two entrances of Yujing Road and Yucai South Road, it can also divide 30 classes into two groups for seperated management.

幼儿园采用六边形空间模块制的单元组合,一个单元包含两个班,两个或三个单元组合一起中间可以有共享的活动大厅,多个单元组合形成一个群落。基于这样的空间组织逻辑,既清晰有效的界定了每个班级的空间领域,当多个班级聚合在一起时,又创造了新的共享空间,新的共享的活动氛围。

Kindergarten adopts a hexagonal space module system, one unit contains two classes, two or three units together can have a shared activity hall in the middle, and multiple units combine to form a community. Based on such spatial organization logic, the spatial domain of each class is defined clearly and effectively. When multiple classes are aggregated together, a new shared space and a new shared event atmosphere are created.

同时模块单元的组合方式也可以灵活布置,灵活生长,营造多样的儿童活动环境。另外模块单元的布局方式也适合分区分期建设。

At the same time, the combination of modular units can also be flexibly arranged and flexibly grown to create a variety of children’s activities. In addition, the layout of the module unit is also suitable for partition construction.

幼儿园整体布局以长向展开,充分利用南侧的阳光和公园绿地。充分考虑孩子活动和休息要求,有充足的阳光,采用生态和环保技术和材料,为孩子创造最好的生长环境。

The overall layout of the kindergarten is spread out on the long side, making full use of the sun and park green space on the south side. Fully consider children’s activities and rest requirements, it have plenty of sunshine, use ecological and environmentally friendly technologies and materials to create the best growing environment for the children.

设计深化中采用了BIM技术,对多专业协同,以及模块单元未来的装配式建造进行了设计。

The BIM technology was adopted in the design development, and the multi-professional collaboration and the future assembly construction of the modular unit were designed.
