Quyixian is China’s largest publishing company for teaching and auxiliary books. Its Gu’an park covers an area of 7.6 hectares and a total construction area of 110,000 square meters. These include a main office building, two auxiliary buildings with staff apartments, a library, exhibition halls and classrooms, and five book storage and logistics buildings.
曲一线是中国最大的教辅类图书出版企业，它的固安园区占地7.6公顷，总建筑面积11万平方米。其中包括一栋以办公为主的主楼，两栋以员工公寓，图书馆，展厅和教室为主的配楼，另有五栋图书仓储物流用房。
The layout of the entire park revolves around the central green space. A multifunctional hall is set up underneath the green space to link the main building and the annex buildings, becoming the center of the entire park activities. At the same time, taking the corporate development process and book culture as clues, a ‘flow line’ of visits is formed, connecting the active spaces in each building: exhibition gallery, library, shared hall, training, lecture hall, etc. The circulation also extends to the central green space and part of the logistics buildings, through the establishment of node spaces, is driven by the flow of people, turning the entire park into an inseparable whole.
整个园区布局围绕中央绿地展开，绿地下部设置了多功能大厅，链接主楼和配楼，成为整个园区活动的中心。同时，以企业发展历程和图书文化为线索，形成参观游览的流线，串联起各个楼中的活跃空间：展廊，图书馆，共享大厅，培训，讲堂等，流线也延伸到中央绿地和部分仓库，通过节点空间的设置，以人流驱动，将整个园区成为密不可分的整体。
All the buildings use 5 meters X 5 meters as the modulus to form modular garden apartments on the top of the main building and the annex buildings, extending the green landscape into the building. The roof of the logistics buildings are equipped with photovoltaic solar panels as an energy supplement for the entire park.
园区建筑以5米X5米作为模数，在主楼及配楼顶部形成模块化的花园公寓，将绿化景观延伸到楼内。图书仓储物流用房屋顶布置了光伏太阳能板作为整个园区的能源补充。
