The project site is located in Longjing Village, Dongshengyong Town, Longjing City, a city under the jurisdiction of Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture, at the junction of Yanji City and Longjing City. It is separated by a river in North Korea, with Maoer Mountain to the north, Davos Town and Longshan Folk Village to the east, Jiangshan Villa to the west, and Hailan River to the south.
项目地位于延边朝鲜族自治州下辖市龙井市东盛涌镇龙井村境内，处于延吉市与龙井市交界之处。据北朝鲜一河之隔，北侧为帽儿山，东邻达沃斯小镇、龙山民俗村，西望江山墅，南眺海兰河。
Hundreds of years ago, a small number of people from the Korean peninsula moved here to form the Chinese Korean ethnic group. The project starts with the living habits and folk culture of the Korean nationality, and seeks to live in harmony with nature and form a livable environment surrounded by mountains and rivers.
数百年前，朝鲜半岛少数人移居至此，形成中国朝鲜族。项目从朝鲜族的生活习惯和民俗文化入手，追求居住与自然和和谐，形成依山傍水的宜居环境。
The project environment has rich spatial forms and varied landscape styles, so the architecture and landscape environment are integrated in the design. Architecture can provide residents with a beautiful living environment. At the same time, architecture has become a unique landscape. It is laid out according to the mountain topography, forming a visual impact from multiple aspects of landscape and architecture, reflecting the integration of scenery and protecting the fragile mountain ecological system.
项目环境具有丰富的空间形态和变化多端的风景风情，因此在设计中将建筑和风景环境相融合。建筑能够为居住者提供优美的居住环境，同时，建筑也成为独具特色的风景，依据山形地势就势布局，从景观和建筑多方面形成视觉上的冲击力，体现风景融合，保护脆弱的山地生态系统。
